Thank you for stopping in
Thank you for stopping in!
I would welcome the opportunity to personally meet you in the near
future. Perhaps there's a question or concern you have (zionlutheran@zionhopkins.org)
that I or one of our congregational staff might discuss with you. I hope
you'll attend one of our weekend worship services so that you can
experience first hand the love of Christ in and among our worshiping
family of believers. I look forward to personally welcoming you to Zion,
and hope you'll become part of our growing church family!

"When You're Running on Empty"
Has your car ever run out of gas? It doesn't go anywhere, does it? Neither cars nor people go very far when there is barely enough fuel to keep going. Beginning January, 8, 2012 Pastor Neal will be sharing a five part sermon and Bible Class series entitles: "When You're Running on Empty". Pastor Neal says, "When we are stressed and strained with many issues and concerns of life it is hard to keep a positive outlook on life. I want to share with you how Jesus can refill your tank when you need it most. We will be looking at such topics as [1] Lightening Your Load [2] Slowing Down [3] Choosing What Matters Most [4] Stopping to Refuel and more. Please bring a friend and join me to learn how Jesus can revitalize you. How He can re-energize you when you're running on empty."
February 12th is Sunday School's Friendship Day!
It is a day to invite and bring your friends, sharing with them what Zion's children do on Sunday mornings and of course, the love of Jesus. Each friend will receive a friendship bag filled with goodies and a gift. Each child who brings a friend will receive something special too and you'll have your picture taken as a momento.
